Responsibilities:

As a Salaried Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service. Your primary duties will include:

• Assisting customers with their purchases, providing knowledgeable and accurate information about our wide range of vehicles.
• Turning store visitors into loyal, satisfied customers.
• Maintaining and scheduling regular customer follow-ups.
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• A genuine passion for cars and a willingness to learn and develop specialized knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• A proven ability to deliver top-notch customer experiences in any situation.
• A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license.
